We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. We have limited seating and we want to ensure availability to those who would like same day appointments. Refunds will be given at our discretion if an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours.
Try to arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out paperwork (first time visit), use the facilities if necessary and get settled into your seat. Once the session starts we would like to keep the door closed. Late arrivals will not be allowed to enter once the session has begun.
No bare feet in the salt room. We ask that you bring a clean pair of white socks. If you forget them, we have some available that you may borrow.
We please ask that you use discretion when using electronics. Salt has corrosive properties that could cause damage and use is not recommended. Natrium is not responsible for damage to electronic devices. If you must use your phone, please use a very dim setting so that you do not disturb other guests. We also ask that you turn the phone on silent and use headphones if you are listening to music.
No food or drink allowed in the salt room. Try to drink water and use the facilities before the session because we want to keep distractions to a minimum.
We would like to keep this group setting as relaxing as possible. Please be courteous to your seatmates and retrain from talking.
Please avoid the salt cave in the acute phase of any illness or if you are intoxicated with alcohol or drugs. Please read our disclaimer.
While Halotherapy provides many health benefits, it is not meant to treat, cure, or prevent disease, and should not be used as a replacement or substitute for any current treatment or medications that have been prescribed by your doctor or healthcare professional. If you are currently under the care of a doctor or other healthcare provider, please contact him/her before beginning Halotherapy.
Although there are many health benefits to Halotherapy, not everyone will have the same results. Although rare, some people may experience temporary tickling of the throat, increased coughing (productive mucous drainage) and eye discomfort. Halotherapy is not recommended for people with contagious diseases, fever, open wounds, cancer, severe hypertension, mental disorders, active tuberculosis, cardiac insufficiency, bleeding, and acute stages of respiratory illnesses. Pregnant women should consult with their doctor before using Halotherapy. If you have any serious health concerns, you must seek proper medical advice and care before beginning Halotherapy sessions.
